Though large majorities of all three groups answered this question correctly (74% of administrators, 53% of faculty, and 71% of students), there were also some interesting differences between the groups. Close to 18% of faculty answered that “only the professor and the teaching assistants, but not the student” are able to view the number of submission attempts for assessments made by students, as opposed to 3% of administrators and 9% of students, which indicates that faculty might have a different perception of this data than the other two groups.
Don’t know response rates were fairly high as well, at 23% of administrators, 25% of faculty, and 9% of students. This, along with the other discrepancies mentioned above, indicates lower levels of consensus across the board, and lower levels of confidence in this question, comparatively.
